Yes, chairs and picnic blankets are permitted however, due to
the amount of attendees expected, picnic blankets are recommended due to space restraints. Can I bring an esky, food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages)?
No, eskies with food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages) are not allowed in the premises. A range of food and beverages will be available to purchase on the night. Can I consume alcohol in the grandstand?
Yes, alcohol can be purchased from the bar areas, located either side of the
grandstand, and can be taken back to your seat. Can I purchase and consume alcohol in the general admission areas?
Alcohol can only be consumed in the designated licensed areas. Please look out for these on arrival. Can I access the oval with my vehicle?
No, the oval with only be accessible for pedestrians. Vehicles will need to be
parked on surrounding streets or utilise one of the stops for the shuttle buses. Information on the shuttle buses will be available closer to the event date. Why do under 3 year olds need a ticket for general admission if they are free?
A ticket is required for under 3’s so the Promoter is aware of attendance numbers. Are under 3 year olds able to be seated in the grandstand?
Under 3 year olds are able to be seated in the grandstand but must purchase a child’s ticket (being $46). Otherwise, they are free in general admission. Can I meet the riders?
There will be an opportunity at the end of the show to meet and greet the riders. Do I need my tickets for entry on the evening?
Yes, tickets are required to enter the grounds on the night. Attendees will not be granted access without valid tickets. Are there any pass outs?
No, pass outs will not be available. Are pets allowed at the show?
No, pets are not allowed at the show. What time does the show start?
The gates will open at 5pm with an expected show start time between 6pm and 6:30pm. How long is the show duration?
The show’s duration is 1.5 hours. Nitro Circus will be performing for two 30 minute segments, with a half an hour interval. During the interval, the Promoter will present a half time performance. Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased from the Goldfields Arts Centre Box Office between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday on 9021 0999. Or online at www.goldfieldsartscentre.com.au/events Where is the event being held?
The event is being held at Sir Richard Moore Oval on Piccadilly Street. I live on Piccadilly Street, is this event going to restrict access to my home?
Road closures will be kept to a minimum during the performance however, will be open to local traffic only. Please be advised that increased traffic surrounding the area is to be expected and delays may occur. If I purchase a seated grandstand ticket, am I allowed into the general admission area?
Yes, access to the general admission area is allowed. Attendees in the seated grandstand area must have their tickets on them at all times and will need to show the ticket to gain access back into the grandstand. What if it’s raining on the day?
Unfortunately, we are unable to predict the weather. In case of bad weather conditions, the show will be postponed to a reserve day being Sunday, 29th
April. Is there allocated seating in the grandstand?
No, the seated grandstand is not allocated seating, it will be a matter of first in best dressed.
