The William Grundt Library on Robertson Road has four DIY Home Energy Toolkits available for loan to the general public. These toolkits contain:
- An energy usage meter that measures the energy consumption of electrical appliances
- A DIY home assessment booklet
- A thermometer to measure fridge, freezer and room temperature
- Household commitment and action plan
- Home energy workbook
These kits can help you and your family better understand your household energy usage and provide a framework for reducing your usage and as a result,reducing your carbon footprint as well as your electricity bills!
