Welcome to the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder’s website.
Kalgoorlie-Boulder is Australia’s largest outback city, situated 596 km northeast of Perth, with a population of 30,000. The City’s annual operating budget is $40 million and employ 280 staff.
Kalgoorlie-Boulder’s traditional economic base has been and will continue to be mining. However, the City is ensuring that this is diversified across a number of sectors, including:
