The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder can advise that pursuant to clause 87(2) of the Planning and Development Act 2005
, the Minister for Planning has granted final approval of Scheme Amendment No. 91 and No.92 to the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Town Planning Scheme No. 1, 1997.
Amendment No.91 makes the following changes to the Town Planning Scheme:
- Rezone Lot 4851 Wittenoom Street, Piccadilly from ‘Railway’ to ‘General Residential’ ‘R30’.
- Inserting a new Clause 5.13 (1) (E) to include Lot 4851 Wittenoom Street, Piccadilly as ‘Land Affected by Aircraft or Other Noise’ with appropriate conditions.
Amendment No.92 makes the following changes to the Town Planning Scheme:
- Rezone Lots 900, 901, Bourke Street, Piccadilly and Lots 902, 903, 904 Maritana Street, Piccadilly from ‘Service Station’ to ‘General Residential’ ‘R40’.
