Find out about strategies to develop the industrial and transport infrastructure in the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
Based on the Kalgoorlie-Boulder industrial study conducted in 2006, the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Council has given in-principle support for industrial development of the unallocated Crown land opposite the current Anzac Drive Industrial Estate.
Landcorp is responsible for initiating and processing rezoning, Native Title, mineralisation and aboriginal heritage clearance, and land purchasing.
The City is currently developing a broader and longer-term industrial strategy in consultation with the Western Australian Planning Commission and local governments in the region.
