The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder currently has an exciting opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Finance Department on a 12 month, maternity leave contract. Reporting to the Finance and Compliance Coordinator, this role is part of a team responsible for the accurate processing of supplier invoices and other payments, reconciliation of supplier accounts, managing internal and external communications and coordinating timely payments to our suppliers.
We are looking for someone who thrives working in a fun team environment, who can demonstrate initiative. You will have an excellent work ethic and have excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have proficient Microsoft Office skills, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft excel skills.
This position can be flexible being part time and/or school hours.
