Ordinary Council Meetings

There are 20 Ordinary Council Meetings scheduled throughout 2020.  All meetings are held at Kalgoorlie Town Hall on a Monday night at 7pm, with the exception of the first Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) of the year.  This OCM will instead take place on Tuesday 28 January 2020 and will be preceded by the Annual Electors’ Meeting which will commence at 6.45pm.  Members of the public are welcome to attend.

*The use of any recording equipment is strictly prohibited by the general public at Council meetings.

Location:  Historical Council Chambers, Kalgoorlie Town Hall, Hannan Street. 

Changes to date, time or venue will be advertised in the Kalgoorlie Miner.

Public Access and Public Question Time

Members of the public are welcome to participate in Question Time, which is held at the start of Council Meetings.

Questions must be submitted in writing, using the Public Question Time Submission Form, at least 30 minutes before the start of the Ordinary Council Meeting.  Questions can also be emailed to the City by noon on the day of a meeting. 

If you wish to make a presentation to the Public Access Session then you need to provide a summary of your presentation using the Public Access Application Form by 2.00pm on the day of the meeting.
