Introduction to Project Planningworkshop is for you.
Delivered by the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder and the Goldfields-Esperance Development Commission, this workshop will give you the skills necessary to research, write and produce a high-quality project plan for your next business venture, event or initiative.
This workshop will also discuss upcoming State Government grants and funding opportunities, including the Regional Economic Development (RED) Grants program, leaving participants well-prepared to apply.
Following the workshop, interested participants will also have the opportunity for their Project Plan to be reviewed by a local consultant, gaining valuable feedback and advice on how to enhance or improve their plan.
This workshop will cover: - How to turn an idea into a Project Plan, and how this applies to your business or organisation
- How to define your project and prepare a Project Plan
- Budgeting and identifying risks
- How to measure your success
- How a Project Plan can help you apply for grant funding
- Where to find grants that are most suitable for your business or organisation
- Overview of the Regional Economic Development (RED) Grants program
