11-12 Save the Date for Stellar 2020 Soundshell Line Up The series of Sunset at the Soundshell concerts for 2020 has been announced with Aussie superstar Diesel headlining the Australia Day gig on Sunday, 26 January 2020.
 
The first of three free concerts series will be held at the Rotary Soundshell, Centennial Park and will kick off with the Australia Day Citizenship Ceremony and Australia Day Awards announcement including the Australia Day Citizen Award, the Australia Day Community Group or Event of the Year Award and the Annual Walk of Fame Award 6.00pm
 
City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder CEO John Walker said it is wonderful to see Australian icons headline performances in Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
 
“We are very excited to welcome Diesel to Kalgoorlie-Boulder and our community should gear up for a great Australia Day,” he said.
 
“Events like this bring the community together through music and offer a chance for those attending to experience something unique to our City. Sunset at the Soundshell has been running for more than ten years and is one of our most popular community events.”
 
Diesel will be supported by The Joshua David Trio, with the second concert on February 8 2020 headlined by Kasey Chambers. The closing night of the outdoor concert series features The Diamonds and takes place on 22 February 2020.
 
“There will be fireworks, food trucks and a kid’s play zone, so something for all of the family to enjoy,” he said.
