Tickets are on sale now for the Goldfields Arts Centre’s first ever music festival, the Arts Centre DJ Festival, featuring headlining act, DJ Tigerlily, on Saturday 12 May 2018.
This exciting over 18’s open space event will be held at the Lord Forrest Complex on Saturday, 12 May and promises to be an electrifying night of dance music and DJ sets.
DJ Tigerlily has played some of the biggest stages in Australia and across the world, from Tomorrowland in Belgium to the Main Stage at the Ultra Music Festival Croatia.
City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder CEO John Walker said the City was excited to be present such a high profile performer at the Goldfield Arts Centre’s inaugural music festival.
“DJ Tigerlily has been voted the ‘Inthemix’ number one Female DJ of the year three years running and will be supported some fantastic local acts, Josh Castle and Beyond Tha Noize,” he said.
“This is a new type of event for the Goldfields Arts Centre, and if the DJ Festival is a success we will be looking at how we can build on and expand the music festival calendar.
“The Arts Centre DJ Festival has almost 2000 tickets available, making this is one of the biggest music festivals to ever come to Kalgoorlie-Boulder, so we are encouraging everyone who is a fan of dance music to get on board and come along to the festival.”
Gates Open at 5pm, the beat drops at 6pm and the festival finishes at midnight. This is a licensed event with full bar facilities and ticket holders are reminded there are no pass outs to this event.
