
In accordance with section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder hereby gives notice of its intention to impose differential rates for each rating category in the 2020/21 financial year. Details of the proposed rates in the dollar and minimum payments for each differential rating category are as follows:

The 2020/21 Statement of Objects and Reasons explaining the rates in the dollar and minimum payments are available for inspection at the following locations, between the hours of:
Council Buildings: 9:00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday - City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Administration Office, 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie
- Customer Service Centre, Kalgoorlie Town Hall, Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie
- William Grundt Memorial Library, 13 Roberts Street, South Kalgoorlie

Submissions close at 4.30pm on Tuesday 26 May 2020. Submissions are to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, P O Box 2042, Boulder WA 6432, or by emailing
mailbag@ckb.wa.gov.au.
All submissions received will be considered by Council prior to final adoption of the Differential Rates for 2020/21financial year.
