The City’s contractor will be commencing drainage and culvert works at the Gribble Creek crossing of Speculation Road before Maxwell Street.
The drainage and roadworks are expected to take eight (8) working days to complete.
During this time, Speculation Road will be closed to general traffic and only accessible to residents of Speculation Road, Sharp Road, Heaney Close, Mutzig Close and Heaney Close.
Local residents will have restricted access to their properties, with no access to Speculation Road from Maxwell Street. The City apologises for any inconvenience these requirements may cause.

Pedestrian access to Centennial Park from Hannan Street is available from the west side of the park only.
This is a temporary closure while drainage works are being undertaken behind the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial.

The City is currently carrying out kerbing and paving upgrades in the CBD on Brookman Street from the Kmart carpark ramp to Kmart's Loading Bay.
he Great Eastern Highway duplication from Anzac Drive to Gatacre Drive started 25 July 2019.
The Main Roads Western Australia project is expected to be completed in March 2020 and will construct a 2.4km four-lane dual carriageway between Anzac Drive and Gatacre Drive.
