This position is responsible for assisting the Coordinator Building Maintenance and Trades for the management of the City’s building assets as well as scheduling of city tradesmen and contractors.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a valued member of the property team for an individual who is ready to learn, is team orientated and wants to make the position “their own”.

The position role:

The scheduling of City Tradesman and Cleaners with day-to-day tasks and accountabilities.
Action internal and external reactive and annual maintenance requests.
Responsible for property condition reports and routine inspections for all council owned properties.
Assist with the management of external contracts for the Property department.
Assist with the records management of the Property department.
Assist with Capital Works programs.

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Salary ranges between $66,857 to $70,698 per annum
