The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is currently seeking enthusiastic, customer focused team members to join our Community Development Customer Service Casual Pool.
We are growing our casual pool of open minded, eager to learn, Community Development Customer Service Officers, who are passionate about helping people and available to work flexible hours Monday through to Saturday at a range of locations, including the City’s Administration Building, the William Grundt Memorial Library, the Eastern Goldfields Community Centre, the Goldfields Arts Centre and the Boulder Town Hall.


Our Customer Service Officers are the first point of contact for our customers and the team are responsible for delivering quality customer service to our internal teams and external customers.


We are looking for enthusiastic newt team members with flair, good communications skills, and amazing phone etiquette, who are adaptable and willing to learn to work within our dynamic team. Cash handling skills are not essential but beneficial. Previous customer service experience is desirable, and on the job training will be provided.

Salary Benefits

- A competitive salary plus superannuation (commensurate with qualifications and experience) with annual increases in line with the City’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.

Total Package

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. 
This position ranges between $61,723 - $65,274 Pro Rata
