In this exciting role you will lead the Safer Streets Patrol Team to deliver the City of Kalgoorlie- Boulder’s community safety plan.
This will include the provision of high-level advice, collaboration with stakeholders, community engagement and influencing strategic direction.

To be successful in this role you will need:
• A relevant qualification and/or experience in the law enforcement, justice industry, security or similar role.
• You have been involved with the ongoing analysis of local issues and therefore have strong analytical skills with a tradecraft in manipulating data and producing high quality reports.
• You can assist in creating and maintaining partnerships with stakeholder agencies in achieving common goals.
• Advanced communication skills in both verbal and written mediums, with an ability to both resolve conflict and negotiate and influence outcomes


Salary and Benefits

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

This position ranges between $119,542 - $129,421 per annum
