Are you a highly skilled and experienced professional in procurement and tender management, ready to take on a leadership role? The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of procurement processes, tender management, and contract preparation and renewals while upholding the highest standards of probity. The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading a small but effective team of officers who work to ensure compliance to WA local government procurement legislation in relation to all procurement activities.
Demonstrated experience in procurement in a government setting is highly desirable and the ability to facilitate the education of the wider organisation in procurement best practice. Kalgoorlie Boulder is located 600km east of Perth in WA, with a vibrant family orientated community feel.
