Lease Proposal - Lot 158, Lot 4531 and Lot 4447

Lot 158, 262 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie
The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease part of Lot 158, 262 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, to Jessica Hoarau for the consideration of $23,280 per annum (excluding GST), for a Two (2) year period with Three one (1) year options. The value of the lease as determined by Independent Market Valuation will be $23,280 per annum (excluding GST).


Lot 4531, 140 Hart Kerspien Drive, Broadwood
The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to do a lease Variation for part of Lot 4531, 140 Hart Kerspien Drive, Broadwood, to Angela Wilson for the consideration of $24,400per annum (excluding GST), for a Three (3) year period. The value of the lease as determined by Independent Market Valuation will be $24,400 per annum (excluding GST).


Lot 4447, 99 Johnston Street, Kalgoorlie
The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease part of Lot 4447, 99 Johnston Street, Kalgoorlie, to Jesabe Warner for the consideration of $6,200 per annum (excluding GST), for a Two (2) year period with Three one (1) year options. The value of the lease as determined by Independent Market Valuation will be $6,200 per annum (excluding GST).

Comments on the above lease proposals can be submitted in writing by 5:00pm Monday 5th September 2022. Submissions must clearly state the Lot number and name of proposed tenant.
