Volunteering
The EGCC welcomes Volunteers to assist us in supporting our clients to remain living independently in the community.
Volunteer Positions
There are many Volunteer Positions available at the EGCC including:
Kitchen Assistant
Assisting in the EGCC Kitchen with duties such as meal preparation, meal service and cleaning.
Social Club Activity Assistant
Assisting the EGCC's Social Support Group with client activities and outings organised through the Social Club Program.
Volunteer Requirements
To commence Volunteering at the EGCC, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- 18+ years of age
- Volunteer National Police Certificate Clearance (submitted by the EGCC)
- Current Drivers License
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times
How to Apply
All Volunteer applicants are required to complete an EGCC Volunteer Application Form and Volunteer National Police Certificate Consent Form.
Once completed, these forms can be returned the the EGCC via:
