Forget-Me-Not Memory Cafe
Join us at the Eastern Goldfields Community Centre for a special dementia program as part of this month's monthly Forget-Me-Not Memory Cafe meeting.
The Memory Cafe is a community led initiative that gives those living with memory loss, their carers and loved ones a supportive social network through the casual atmosphere of local community space at a monthly meeting.
