Help get workers into the Goldfields.
Calling all employers, recruiters and business and community leaders to attend an employment roadshow in June.
You’re invited to join us for an information session about skilled migration and employment in the Goldfields. As the representatives of the Goldfields Designated Area Migration Agreement (DAMA) the City is seeking to raise awareness of the program and how it can assist employers with critical skills and labour shortages.
The five-year labour agreement aims to attract skilled migrants to work and live in the Goldfields region, allowing employers to sponsor skilled overseas workers in specified industries.
There are currently 125 occupations on the Goldfields DAMA list, with an additional 22 occupations pending approval by the Minister.
At each session, you will hear from our Labour Agreement Specialist and a representative from the Department of Home Affairs.
