Youth Grant Program

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Youth Grant Program is a Youth Council initiative which provides essential financial assistance to youth groups and organisations in Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

We understand the importance of nurturing our young people's potential, and the YGP aims to support initiatives that empower individuals aged 12 to 25 years old. The grants are intended to facilitate skill development, encourage active participation in youth activities, events, and programs, and foster a vibrant and inclusive community for our youth.

Grant Categories

The Youth Grant Program offers two grant categories, ensuring a range of funding options to suit diverse projects and activities:

Minor Grants (up to $2,000):

Suitable for smaller-scale projects and activities that contribute to youth development and community engagement.

Major Grants (up to $5,000):

Designed for more substantial initiatives that promise significant benefits to our community and young people.
