The C.Y. O'Connor Men's Shed is located behind the William Grundt Memorial Library (off Rhodes Street) at 13 Roberts Street, Kalgoorlie.

Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
9.00am – 3.00pm

Become a Member

New members are always welcome, including ladies.

Simply drop in during opening hours to have a look around, meet the members and collect a membership form. Membership is $55 per year.

Once you become a member, you'll receive an induction and be shown how to safely operate the workshop equipment before using the facilities.

Who We Are

Established in 2010, the C.Y. O'Connor Men's Shed provides a welcoming and inclusive space where people can connect, learn new skills and be part of the Kalgoorlie-Boulder community. It has grown to become one of Western Australia's most active Men's Sheds.

Open to anyone aged 18 and over, the Men's Shed offers a range of activities, projects and opportunities to socialise. Whether you'd like to learn a new skill, work on a personal project or simply enjoy a chat over a cuppa, there's something for everyone.

Members can also make use of the recreation area, play pool, access the on-site computers and internet, watch TV, read a book or simply relax in good company.
