About this year's draw 

Pay your rates on time and you can win your share of $6,000! To enter, simply pay your rates by the dates given below and you will be automatically entered into the draw.

2026/27 Prize Draw:

First Prize $3,000 Pay in full before 10.00pm WST on 15 September 2026

Second Prize $2,000 Pay in full before 10.00pm WST on 22 September 2026

Third Prize $1,000 Pay in full before 10.00pm WST on 29 September 2026

The rates Prize Draw will be drawn at 10:00am at the Administration Building on Wednesday, 14 October 2026. Winners published on this page after the draw and in the Kalgoorlie Miner on Saturday, 31 October 2026.

This competition is a promotion run by the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder (“Promoter”), ABN 63 711 737 609.

e-Rates Prize Draw

2026/27 e-Rates Prize Draw:

To help reduce paper use and postage costs, the City has launched a competition offering one lucky ratepayer the chance to win a $500 Visa Gift Card. 

Ratepayers must subscribe to the City’s eRates service by 10:00pm WST on 29 September 2026 to be eligible.
