In accordance with Regulation 14I(b) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, it was not possible for the December Ordinary Council Meeting held on 15 December 2025 to be livestreamed as there was an IT issue which prevented the livestreaming of the meeting. An improvised recording in the form of an audio and video was able to be made of the meeting and is available online.
