Kalgoorlie-Boulder Youth Council

The Kalgoorlie-Boulder Youth Council (KBYC) is made up of young people aged 12 - 25 years with a passion for making Kalgoorlie-Boulder a great place for young people to live. The KBYC regularly meet to discuss issues facing young people, providing advice on how to deliver youth services in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, while also planning and implementing youth events and activities. KBYC members are offered development opportunities to support them in their roles and build their capacity to become future leaders.

There are other ways to get involved with the KBYC, such as becoming a volunteer or a Youth Mentor (over 25's). If you'd like to find more about how, get in touch with the City's Youth Development Officer!
