What side of the vehicle/trailer opens for service?
ALL food vendors, including those who have an Annual Temporary Food Stall permits are required to submit a 'Notification of a Food Vendor or Temporary Food Premises Permit' for each event.
Food Vendors who do not hold an Annual Temporary Food Stall permits are required to submit the following documentation.
Please attach your completed 'Food Safety Supervisor' certificate
What temperature control measures are in place? Bain-marie? Esky with ice?
Environmental Health
E.g. one plug per connection point - no multi cores / power boards / double adapters. This is to ensure that there is no interruption to the power supply.
