2026 Community Event Performer Database

Are you a musician, dancer, or performer?

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder hosts a wide range of events, festivals, workshops, exhibitions, and programs throughout the year — and we’re always on the lookout for talented local performers and entertainers!

If you’d like to be considered for future opportunities, we invite you to submit an Expression of Interest to join our Performers Database. This is the go-to list for our Events Team and other City staff when they’re looking to book entertainment for upcoming events.

By joining, you'll be part of the first group we consider when planning performances across Kalgoorlie-Boulder!

  • Our Events Team will review your details
  • Your details will be added to our artist database for event programmers to access
  • Submitting this EOI does not guarantee participation at an event. We'll only contact you if we have an event for you.

Declaration

1.1. I declare that all information provided is correct and accurate at the time of submission.

1.2. The City does not guarantee performance at any City event, purely due to being in database of performers.

1.3. Performers will be invited to perform based on the following criteria:

- Family friendly content

- Diversity and locality to the City

- Previous event history and engagement

1.5. Events team will be in contact should they feel an event is something you should consider, or if they feel you could be a good fit for the event.

1.6. I must notify the Events team in writing, via events@ckb.wa.gov.au should I want my details removed from the performer database.
