Mayor Glenn Wilson said the City’s Sunset Concert Series, has become a much-loved annual event by residents, running for over a decade.

“It's wonderful to see people coming out in droves with their families to enjoy the fantastic free entertainment on offer.”
“Next year’s headlines are spectacular for next year. The last time Thirsty Merc visited Kalgoorlie-Boulder was in 2010, and will no doubt wow their fans here with some of their chart-topping hits in a live setting.”
“The concerts attract residents and visitors of all ages, and it’s encouraging to see an increase in our younger population participating in these community events.”
“I encourage everyone to save the dates, pack a picnic or support our local food vendors, and come down to enjoy a great summer night out.”

Transporting audiences back to the glittering era of disco, tribute band Abbacadabra will headline the first concert of the series on Australia Day.
