Photography Workshop with Liz Miller Kovacs

Join Artist in Residence Liz Miller Kovacs in this engaging workshop where participants will get a hands-on photography experience through a guided walk around the town and its surroundings.
The Goldfields are rich in historical and natural heritage, this workshop aims to create a connection between communities and cultural heritage through contemporary photography.

Designed for all skill levels, the workshop includes practical instruction in composition, lighting and visual storytelling. Participants are encouraged to see beyond typical tourist landmarks and focus on the unique details of the local environment, culture and landscape. Participants will make reflectors out of cardboard and aluminium foil and take "window portraits" of each other using them.
