For the purpose of applying to have the health registration/ licence/ permit of the below mentioned premises transferred. Fees & charges apply.

If you intend to transfer the registration of a Food Business, you are required to submit a new Food Business Notification & Registration Form

If you intend to transfer the registration of a Loding House, you are required to complete Notice of Change of Ownership of a Lodging House Form

Please note, the premises may be subject to additional council approval as it must meet any current legislative requirements and standards.
