Industry Training & Workplace Services (ITWS) is a dynamic and focused private Registered Training Organisation (RTO # 51655) built around delivering a quality product that reflects industry needs. We offer an environment in which staff participants are supported to excel in Their areas of expertise. We are governed by various government agencies and follow the rules set down by the Standards for an RTO.
ITWS was created in Kalgoorlie-Boulder in 2007 and has been locally owned and operated since then. The Kalgoorlie campus as the first of three sites (now including Albany and Belmont) delivering a range of automotive and engineering certificate courses to tradespeople, apprentices, pre-apprentices and trainees; and through vocational taster programs (as an alternative to school). We provide innovative training development services for students, strategic partners, industry, business and general staff.
ITWS aspires to provide industry with options to better utilise the current workforce through multi-skilling and training to keep the workforce stable. ITWS offers assistance with skills needs and analysis and develops training materials tailored to each employer's business requirements.
