The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is excited to announce the opening of the Annual Grant Program (AGP) for the coming financial year. Applications opened Monday, 14 February and close on Friday, April 29.

The program provides one-off grants and three-year service agreements for not for profit (incorporated or auspiced) community groups and organisations, and individuals supported by an auspice organisation.

The program focusses on community development initiatives, improvements and new facilities, and events.  It is an opportunity for applicants to apply for funding for large initiatives that align with the City’s Strategic Community Plan 2020-30.

This program aims to invest in projects that will facilitate community development.

Acting CEO Alex Wiese said the program is aimed at strengthening and enhancing the social wellbeing, development, sustainability and sense of community of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

“The Annual Grant Program is a fantastic opportunity for community development initiatives to get off the ground and make a difference in the community. This is not an opportunity to be missed,” said Mr Wiese.

The City encourages all not for profit organisations and individuals to check their eligibility for the AGP and consider applying. For more information on the Annual Grant Program including the information sessions, contact City Officers on (08) 9021 9600 or agp@ckb.wa.gov.au
