Expression of Interest - Sub-lease of Land - Renewable Energy

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the sub-lease of Lot 571 on Deposited Plan 70939 and Lot 568 on Deposited Plan 69966 for the permitted use of development, construction, operation and maintenance of a solar farm and battery energy storage system. Lots 571 and 568 have a combined area of 134.03ha and are located at the southeast end of the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Airport. Full details in the respect of the EOI are available here.

How to Submit: 

Respondents will be required to complete an Expression of Interest - Response Form here and must include all supporting documents by the deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
