Proposed Closure of Portion of Road Reserve between Clancy Street and Goldfields Highway

It is hereby notified that in accordance with Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is looking to permanently close a portion of road reserve between Clancy Street and Goldfields Highway. The proposed closure of a portion of road reserve is an unconstructed portion and serves no strategic benefit for the City’s road network. The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking this closure with the intent to incorporate this portion of road reserve into commercial lots.

Any person wishing to comment on the proposed closure may do so in writing  addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 2042, Boulder WA 6432, within thirty-five (35) days of the publication of this notice.

A plan of the proposal may be viewed at the City of Kalgoorlie- Boulder Administration office at 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, during the hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm, weekdays.
