As the April school holidays approach, we are excited to introduce our School Holiday Program packed with exciting activities for children 12 and under to enjoy their time off school.

Join us for exciting and memorable School Holiday fun in Kalgoorlie-Boulder. Don't forget to register for events where required and check the venue and event details before attending.

William Grundt Memorial Library

Join us for a variety of sessions and workshops for young people in our community (6-12 years). Come along to meet new friends, learn new skills, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment.

Cost: $4.00 per attendee

Bookings Essential. Call 9021 9600 to book your place.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Parasol Decorating

Wednesday 12 April | 10:00 - 11:00am

Decorate a beautiful parasol in your own personalised style.

For children aged between 6-12 years.

Journal Crafting Workshop

Thursday 13 April | 10:00 - 11:00am

Create a special journal to store your thoughts and secrets

For teens aged between 12-17 years

Treasure Box Crafting

Thursday 19 April | 10:00 - 11:00am

Decorate a beautiful treasure box to store your valuable treasures.

For children aged between 6-12 years.

Mothers Day Gift Craft

Thursday 20 April | 10:00 - 11:00am

Children will be supplied with crafting supplies to create and decorate a beautiful gift for their mothers.

For children aged between 6-12 years.

History and Heritage

We invite children of all ages to join us on the Burt Street Discovery Trail and Crafts at the Goldfields War Museum.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Cost: $4.00 per child (each activity)

Easter Discovery Trail on Burt Street

11-22 April | Monday - Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 12:00pm

Families and children are invited to join us on the Burt Street Discovery Trail!

Collect your Easter-theme puzzle booklet and set out on a self-paced tour on historic Burt Street. Once you have completed your booklet, return to the Boulder Town Hall to collect a prize!

Crafting at the War Museum

11-22 April | 9:00 - 12:00pm

The War Museum has crafting packs available for children to cut, paste and draw to their hearts content. These can also be taken home for children to finish at their leisure.

Goldfields Oasis

We have a huge program of Easter inflatable fun planned for these school holidays!

Cost: Usual entry fee + $7.50 for inflatables admission

Children must be 6 years or older

Easter at the Oasis

Saturday 8 April | 11:30 - 12:30pm

Come along for free face-painting, an Easter Egg Hunt and hear the announcement of the colouring competition winners!

*This activity is held in the reception area. Entry fees apply for the aquatic area.

Aquatic Inflatables

Saturday 8 April - Monday 24 April

Daily Sessions:

11:00 - 1:00pm
1:00 - 3:00pm
3:00 - 5:00pm

Join us for Torpedo and Crazy Races these school holidays!

* Monday 24 April is included for those who have a pupil free day.

Pop-Up Project

Outback on Ice

11-22 April | 9:00 - 12:00pm

Oasis Playing Fields

Get ready for an unforgettable experience as we transform our outback city into an icy wonderland featuring a huge outdoor ice-skating rink!

The event features a range of sessions suitable for all ages and skill levels, making it the perfect day out for families, friends, and solo adventurer. Whether you're a seasoned skater or a first timer, we have something planned for everyone.
