We're celebrating books big time! Get ready for a week of fun at the William Grundt Memorial Library. From scavenger hunts and dress-up story time to special author visits, there's something for all ages.
All events are free and you don't need to pre-register - just show up!
Activities:
🔍Scavenger Hunt - 21 August to 1 September
- Date: 21 August to 1 September
- Time: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm | Sat 9am-12pm
- Where: William Grundt Memorial Library
- What to expect: Grab a list from the library, hunt down all the books, and win cool stuff....Think of it as a treasure hunt, but with books!
🦹♀️Dress-up Storytime - 25 August
- Date: 25 August
- Time: 10am
- Where: William Grundt Memorial Library
- What to expect: Dress as your favourite book character and listen to fun stories. We've got some yummy and healthy snacks too.
📖Mystery Book: Surprise reads
- Date: 21 August to 1 September
- Time: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm | Sat 9am-12pm
- Where: William Grundt Memorial Library
- What to expect: Over the next few weeks, pick up a book with a hidden cover and discover a surprise read. What could it be?
