Sustainable Living Workshop: DIY Deodorant

Saturday 16th May 2026

Bringing you another Sustainable Living workshop!

Ever thought about making your own deodorant? In this hands-on workshop with Donut Waste, you’ll learn how to create a simple, sustainable, plastic-free deodorant that’s kind to your body and the planet.

Not only is DIY deodorant budget-friendly, it also cuts down on packaging and uses natural ingredients… and yes, it actually works! In this 1.5-hour session, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know about homemade skincare, from the ingredients we use to good practices and tips on sourcing materials locally and sustainably.

You’ll leave with your very own deodorant in a handy 30ml tin, plus a take-home recipe so you can keep making it again and again.
