Join us as we celebrate 50 incredible years of the William Grundt Memorial Library!
This special milestone is all about looking back at our journey, showcasing the present, and getting excited for what’s ahead.
This free family-friendly community event will bring the C.Y. O’Connor precinct to life with activities for all ages, live music, food, and plenty of fun.
Help us honour the Library’s legacy and its place at the heart of our community, alongside the Eastern Goldfields Community Centre (EGCC) and the Men’s Shed.

🎈Family-friendly Fun | Activity bingo, face painting & lawn games
🧩 Library Zone | Scavenger hunt, kids craft activities, silent disco & history of the library exhibition
☕ EGCC | Relax with a Devonshire tea in Sensory Garden & join the table tennis tournament
🔥 Men’s Shed | Facility tours, pool & basketball
🎶 Live Music | Live sets from Earl Cole throughout the day
🍦 Free Treats | BBQ, coffee van, ice cream, fairy floss & slushies
