CKB Art Prize 2026 - Artwork Entry Form

Artists who have registered for the 2026 CKB Art Prize must complete this form with details of their artwork submission before 31 July 2026. All information regarding the Artwork details included in the Artwork Entry Form is final once submitted and changes cannot be made.

Award Categories

Artwork will be judged across all medium specific categories. Please indicate if you also wish to be considered for the following demographic-specific award categories:

  • First Nations - Eligible artists must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • Kalgoorlie-Boulder Artist - Eligible artists must currently reside in the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder 
  • Young Artist - Eligible artists must be aged 13 to 18 year

    Artwork Dimensions

    The maximum size for any singular artwork, including 3D works, is 1m wide by 1m high. Diptychs and triptychs can be submitted however, the diptychs and triptychs total measurements of combined panels, are required to be within the 1m wide by 1m high measurements.

    Weight limit for 2D Artwork is 5kg. Weight limit for 3D is 15kg.

    Artwork Pick Up

      Please indicate your preferred location for artwork collection at the conclusion of the exhibition.

      Please note that if the courier option is selected, the Artist is responsible for arranging the booking and covering all associated costs.

      Declaration

        If entering the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Artist Award category, I confirm that I am residing within the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder at the time of registration.
        Information regarding the Artwork details included in this form is final once submitted and changes cannot be made. Any Artwork delivered that fails to meet the Artwork Criteria will not be accepted and entry fees will not be refunded.
