It is hereby notified for public information that, in accordance with section 87(2)(a) of the Planning and Development Act 2015, the Minister for Planning approved the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Local Planning Scheme No.2 on Thursday, October 12, 2023.

The Local Planning Scheme No.2 was subsequently gazetted on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, in accordance with section 87(3) of the Act.

The scheme is available on our website here, or can be viewed in person at the City’s Administration Building, 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
