Advertising of Lease - Hart Kerspien

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease Lot 9003 and Lot 9004 Hart Kerspien Drive, Broadwood to M/Group with the lease price as per the offer price, for a forty nine (49) year lease period, with first option to purchase.
The estimated market value of the property as determined by a market review listed below (excluding GST).
