Amendment to 2022/23 Schedule of Fees & Charges

At the Ordinary Council Meeting of 21 November 2022 Council, in accordance with Section 6.16(3)(b) of the Local Government Act 1995, resolved to amend the 2022/23 Schedule of Fees and Charges for Tanker Liquid Waste Services at the South Boulder Wastewater Treatment Plant. These Charges will take effect from 1 January 2023. A copy of all current Fees and Charges are available at www.ckb.wa.gov.au/publications

The amendments to the Fees and Charges are detailed below:

Attendance Fees (incl GST):

• Fee to attend site on Sundays - increased to $380.00
• Fee to attend site on Public Holidays - increased to $474.00

Quantity Fees - charged per KL (incl GST):

• Quantity fee for inside CKB limits - increased to $74.40
• Quantity fee for outside CKB limits - increased to $137.70
