The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from community groups and not-for-profit organisations interested in leasing an office space/s (potential to allocate up to three office spaces dependent on user requirements) at 106 Burt Street, Boulder.

Situated in the heart of Boulder, 106 Burt Street is a shared facility between multiple user groups. The office space is 36.863m² in size, with the potential to be divided into two or three smaller office spaces. The facility provides access to the following amenities:

• Kitchenette;
• Toilets (Male/Female/Disabled);
• Storage Shed (Hire Fees Apply); and
• Dance Hall (Hire Fees Apply)

Rental value will be determined based on user/s requirements and can be provided upon request.
