Expression of Interest Disposal of Land – 101 Brookman Street, Kalgoorlie

The City is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from property developers, state agencies and investors interested in developing or partnering in the development of a large site owned in freehold by the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder in the heart of the Kalgoorlie central business district (CBD).
Submissions are invited for either:
- the freehold purchase of the 15,175 m2 site;
- a joint venture with the City for a mixed use residential, community and/or commercial development; and
- any other development proposals.
About the location:
The site is zoned “Commercial” and has a R-AC1 overlay in the City’s Local Planning Scheme, meaning that the following applies:
- a maximum building height of 9 storeys;
- a maximum plot ratio of three (3); and
- 60% of the ground floor is required to be non-residential.
The site can be provided on an “as is, where is” basis or as a cleared site subject to negotiation and discussion.

Respondents will be required to complete an Expression of Interest - Response Form available on the City’s e-procurement portal ckb.wa.gov.au/open-tenders, and must include all supporting documents by the deadline.
