Invitation to Tender No 27004 Provision of City Cleaning Services

Tenders are invited for RFT27004 – Provision of City Cleaning Services (Separable Portions).

Tender documentation may be downloaded from the City’s e-procurement portal at www.tenderlink.com/ckb on 8 August 2026. For local businesses that do not have access to Tenderlink, tender packages can be downloaded after filling out the Expression of Interest (EOI) form from the City’s website.

Tenders must be received no later than 2:00PM AWST on 31 August 2026.

Tenders may be submitted via the City’s e-procurement portal, Tenderlink. Tenders may also be lodged at the City’s Tender Box located in the reception area at the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Administration Office, 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie or sent by post to The Tender Box, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, PO Box 2042, Boulder WA 6432. Tenders submitted via the City’s Tender Box should be placed in a sealed envelope and marked with the RFT title and number. Tenders sent by fax or electronic mail will not be accepted.

For local businesses who downloaded the tender packages via the City’s website, submissions must be via the City’s Tender Box.

The canvassing of Elected Members or City Officers will result in disqualification.

All enquiries relating to the requirements of this tender during the publication period must be submitted in the ONLINE FORUM for this RFT at https://portal.tenderlink.com/ckb. Likewise, local businesses who cannot access Tenderlink may submit written enquiries to procurement@ckb.wa.gov.au.
