Lease of Portion of Reserve 42198 Proposed Airport Hotel

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• A portion of Lot 4531 Hart Kerspien Drive, Broadwood

to:

• K Airport Hotel and Suites Pty Ltd

for the consideration of $75,000 per annum (excluding GST commencing 2 years after the dated of execution of the lease and as varied under the lease) for a fifty (50) year period.

For the purpose of: Hotel/Motel and Associated Uses

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to: 5pm Saturday 30 September 2023

Submissions should be marked ‘Lease Proposal Lot 4531 Hart Kerspien Drive, Broadwood’ and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, PO 2042, Boulder WA 6432. Submissions may be emailed to mailbag@ckb.wa.gov.au or made at yoursay.ckb.wa.gov.au.
