The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• Subject Site: Endowment Block, 250 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, WA 6430

To

• Leaser: Ore Investments Pty Ltd trading as Kalgoorlie Tours and Charters

For the consideration of $30,900 per annum (excluding GST), for a 2 year period with a 3 year option.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to:

• 5.00pm WST on Tuesday, 20 May 2025.

Submissions should be marked ‘Lease 250 Hannan Street and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Kalgoorlie -Boulder, PO 2042, Boulder WA 6432. Submissions may be emailed to mailbag@ckb.wa.gov.au.
