The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• Subject Site: Endowment Block, 256 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, WA 6430

To

• Leaser: MAYFLOWER (WA) PTY LTD

For the consideration of $28,000 per annum (excluding GST), for a 2 year period with a 3 year option. The market value of the lease as determined by independent market valuation is $28,000 per annum (excluding GST).

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to:

• 5.00pm WST on 9 May 2025.
