The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• Subject Site: Endowment Block, 288 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, WA 6430

To

• Lessee: Kalgoorlie Jewellery Studio

For the consideration of $17,820 per annum (excluding GST), for a 2 year term with 3 one-year options.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to:

• 5.00pm WST on Friday, 8 August 2025.

Submissions should be marked ‘Lease 288 Hannan Street and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Kalgoorlie -Boulder, PO 2042, Boulder WA 6432.
