The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, hereby advises that it proposes to lease:

• Subject Site: Endowment Block, 290 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie, WA 6430

To

• Leaser: Ahead of Time For the consideration of $29,830 per annum (excluding GST), for a 3 year period with a 3 year option.

Written submissions in respect of the proposed transaction may be lodged with the City prior to:

• 5.00pm WST on Tuesday, 2nd July 2025.
